LIMITED EDITIONS PRINTS
The works in the "GUS FINE ART" portfolio can only be purchased through the GALLERIES that have acquired their work for REPRESENTATION.
If you would like information about any of the works or the process, please contact us using the "CONTACT" form.
Each print is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity, indicating that you have purchased an original work. In addition, each print is hand signed, numbered, titled and dated on the reverse.
A 5 cm (2 inch) white border is added around the image for easy framing. COURSES or VIDEOTUTORIALS and RESOURCES are accompanied by a description of what is being purchased.
FINE ART PRINTS
All prints are shipped rolled in a custom-made hard PVC protective tube to any country in the world.
All works are printed on Hahnemühle Fine Art High Quality paper of extraordinary sharpness and detail with pigmented ink of the highest quality and standard that guarantees long lasting colour and saturation. The special texture of this superb 325 gsm, 100% cotton paper is not only visible, but also tactile. The print provides an impressive depth of image and a lifespan of more than 100 years.
Please note that, depending on the calibration of the monitor or device from which you view the artwork, you may see a slight difference in tones and colours from those actually used in the print. We recommend that, where possible, you view the artwork on a suitable monitor. This difference is minimal and does not affect the final result of the artwork.
In the GALLERIES, you will get more detailed information about the artwork, its availability and, in some cases, additional information such as awards or comments.
Original works will always be printed by me, signed and checked, if you are offered a work of mine that is not signed on the back by me, has no photos or proof of the printing process, nor my personal certificate of authenticity, please be aware that you may be offering a fake and illegal work that infringes copyright and this is punishable by law.
I will always provide the customer with photos of the printing process and the signature of the artwork, as well as its packaging.
Please note that prices may increase as an edition is sold out.
Once the number of editions per work has been reached, under no circumstances or pretext will more copies be made.
The accepted payment method is Credit Card (100% secure encrypted payments) or Paypal as it offers both the seller and the buyer exceptional guarantees for the success of the transaction. When you make the purchase you will be given the address for payment. You can also pay by bank transfer. You can make a bank transfer from one bank account to another bank account. To do so, please contact us via the CONTACT form.
Please note that artworks are made to order, so payment is required before printing. You can cancel any order within 48 hours of payment and you will be refunded in full. The price you pay includes all costs of printing, handling, packaging, shipping to anywhere in the world and taxes.
WARRANTY
Any artwork that is defective at the time of receipt or has suffered any irregularity during handling and shipping, a new copy or refund may be requested.
The defective artwork must be returned in the original packaging in the same condition as it was received. Once the return has been received and the damage to the artwork has been checked, you will be refunded within 48 hours if you have requested it via Paypal or a new artwork will be sent to you.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
SHIPPING
The artworks will be sent certified, perfectly packed and sealed.
Please note that the print will not be ordered until 48 hours after the order and payment have been made, which is the time you have to cancel the order.
Once printed, the artwork is carefully packed and shipped, you will receive an email indicating the tracking number of the shipment and a web address to verify your shipment.
This process takes 10 to 14 days. Please note that, depending on where the artwork is shipped, it may take two to three weeks from the time of shipment.
